The following is our refund policy for physical products (ie. AlbumSaver Sticks). For our return policy for digital items (ie. AlbumSaver Protect Plus), see here.
Effective 13 April 2021:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns initiated by the customer for reasons other than defective or inoperable devices will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, regardless of whether the product has been used or not.
If you received a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact our support team within 14 days after receiving your item and we'll arrange for a replacement.
All item packaging and documentation (boxes, manuals, etc.) must be returned with the returned items. Any items that, because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering are, damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition, will not be accepted for return. Any item(s) that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. All returns must be returned to us in sufficient packing materials (a small bubble mailer will suffice).
Products received as gifts are not eligible for a refund. If you received an AlbumSaver product as a gift and would like to return it, you may exchange it for shop credit within 14 days of the original purchase date.
In order to start the return process, please contact our support team and provide us with the order number and return or exchange reason. After reviewing your request, we will inform you if you’re eligible for a return and provide you with the return instructions.
Accepted returns should be shipped out to the seller within 2 weeks of the approved return request date. Please keep the receipt and the tracking number for the return. All shipping charges are non refundable.
Note: Please use a method with the ability to track shipment as we are not responsible for lost items. We have a right not to refund if we did not receive your package. Please provide us with the tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
Refunds are generally processed within 2 business days after we receive the item, and should appear on your statement in 5 to 10 business days. Your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you purchase more than one item at a time and return only one, you will be refunded the lesser value.
Data on all returned devices will be deleted and lost permanently, unless otherwise specified.
